01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of this website, service, or API (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules we publish from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of the Service, and override any inconsistent prior understanding, whether written or oral. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
02 Service Description
The Service is an automated marketplace that lets you purchase social-media marketing (SMM) services for third-party platforms (for example, likes, views, followers, subscribers, comments, impressions and similar engagement-based deliverables). Orders are routed to upstream providers and fulfilled automatically. We act solely as an intermediary between you and those providers; we do not guarantee any specific quantitative or qualitative outcome, we do not control the third-party platforms, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Pricing, service availability, delivery speeds, refill terms and cancellation windows may change at any time without prior notice. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
03 Account Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys and access tokens. Any activity that takes place under your account is deemed to be authorised by you.
- You must use a unique, strong password, enable two-factor authentication where offered, and notify us in writing within 24 hours of any suspected unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide, including the links, usernames or hashtags you submit in orders. Orders placed with incorrect, private, deleted, misspelled or incompatible targets cannot be refunded.
- We may suspend, restrict or terminate any account without notice if we reasonably believe it has been compromised, used in breach of these Terms, or used to defraud the Service, other users or third parties.
04 Orders & Payments
- All orders are placed at your own risk. Once an order is submitted, you cannot unilaterally modify, cancel or reverse it except through the refund/cancellation mechanisms explicitly offered for that specific service.
- Top-ups are processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Cryptomus, Heleket, KHQR/Bakong, or manual methods). Funds added to your balance are held as account credit, not cash; they may be applied only toward purchases on the Service and are not exchangeable for currency.
- Prices are shown per 1,000 units and are calculated automatically from your order quantity. You agree to the displayed price at the time of placing the order; later price changes do not retroactively alter placed orders.
- All fees and gateway costs are inclusive of any taxes or charges unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any local tax obligations that apply to you.
- Chargebacks, reversals or payment disputes filed through your bank or gateway — without first contacting our support and allowing a reasonable resolution window — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeit any remaining balance.
- Account balances may expire if an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months. Fraudulent, duplicate or test payments may be removed from the balance at our sole discretion.
05 Refund Policy
- Refunds are considered only for orders that failed to start, where the service is marked as refund-eligible, and only to your on-site balance (not back to the original payment method).
- An order that has started, partially delivered, or been completed cannot be refunded, even if you later change your mind about the outcome.
- You are solely responsible for selecting the correct service for your target platform and account type. Orders placed on private, restricted, age-gated, regionally blocked, deleted, or otherwise incompatible targets are not refundable.
- Where the third-party platform removes, drops or invalidates deliveries for reasons outside our control (algorithm changes, mass clean-ups, account moderation), we may offer a partial refill but do not guarantee a monetary refund.
- All refund decisions are final. Opening more than three refund tickets for the same order may lead to account review.
06 Service Delivery
- Delivery times displayed on each service are indicative averages, not guarantees. Actual start and completion times depend on upstream provider capacity, platform rate limits and the state of the target account.
- Once an order is placed it enters an automated queue and is dispatched without human review. Submitting the same order twice, or splitting a single target across simultaneous orders, may cause duplicate or failed delivery which is not refundable.
- If a service is marked with automatic refill, the refill applies only within the stated window and only while the service remains in our catalogue. Refills on services later removed from the catalogue cannot be guaranteed.
- You acknowledge that engagement on social-media platforms is inherently volatile. You will not hold us responsible for fluctuations, drops, shadow-bans, warnings, or any action the target platform takes against your account as a consequence of using SMM services.
07 Prohibited Activities
- Using the Service for any illegal purpose, for content that violates the terms of the target platform, or for activity that breaches the intellectual-property or privacy rights of any third party.
- Submitting orders targeting minors, non-consenting individuals, government officials, election content, hate speech, harassment, or any content prohibited by applicable law.
- Using multiple accounts to evade bans, pricing tiers, rate limits, refund thresholds or any other restriction. Creating fake accounts, sharing accounts, or reselling access to your account.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, overload, bypass or attack the Service, its API, its infrastructure, or the infrastructure of our upstream providers.
- Using the Service in a way that could reasonably be interpreted as spam, phishing, malware distribution, credential harvesting, money laundering, or fraud — whether directed at our platform, our providers, or any third party.
- Reselling, sublicensing, relabelling or integrating the Service into another offering without our prior written consent. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination and balance forfeiture.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its operators, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, reputational harm, account suspension by a third-party platform, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service shall in no event exceed the lesser of (a) the total amount you actually paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty United States dollars (US$50). You expressly acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and discretion, and that no employee, agent or representative of ours has authority to modify this limitation.
09 Privacy & Data
- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to this processing.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share only the minimum necessary information with upstream providers in order to fulfil the services you ordered.
- We log sign-in attempts, IP addresses, user-agents, API requests and order activity for security, anti-abuse, auditing and legal-compliance purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and may be provided to competent authorities where legally required.
- You are responsible for not uploading sensitive personal data into the Service. Do not submit login credentials, personally identifying images, payment cards, or any regulated data through tickets, orders or attachments.
10 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, for any reason — including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, chargebacks, complaints from third parties, or actions that in our reasonable opinion expose us to legal, financial or reputational risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, any remaining balance may be forfeited, in-flight orders may be cancelled without refund, and we may retain logs, transaction records and support history for as long as required by law or legitimate business interest. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support; closure does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of your balance unless explicitly agreed.
11 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Material changes will be announced on the Service or notified by email, with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to a future revision, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account. Historical versions of these Terms may be made available on request.

Written correspondence should reference your account username and be sent through the in-app support channel; responses generally arrive within one business day. Nothing in this clause waives any right we may have to rely on these Terms in any jurisdiction.
